We couldn’t be happier with our experience with London and Chris! They were both absolutely amazing throughout Roux’s training stay. From the very beginning, they kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos, and were so great at communicating her progress along the way. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing how she was doing and seeing the progress she was making. After Roux came home, our continued training sessions with Chris were just as valuable. He helped us improve our own skills and really understand how to continue her training at home so Roux could have the best chance at long term success. They didn’t just train our dog they taught us how to better communicate with her and continue building on everything she learned. Roux is a true cattle dog with a LOT of energy, so finding someone who could help her learn obedience and structure that would fit into our everyday life was incredibly important to us. Especially with having a toddler and another baby on the way, we wanted to feel confident that we could manage her energy while still giving her the best life possible. We feel so much more confident with Roux now, and we know she is only going to continue getting better as we consistently use everything London and Chris taught us. One of the things that meant the most to us was how they reassured us that if we ever needed anything, we could reach out. And you can genuinely tell they mean it they truly care about their clients and the dogs they work with. We are beyond grateful for everything they have done for Roux and for our family. If you’re looking for trainers who genuinely care, communicate, and give you the tools to succeed, we couldn’t recommend London and Chris enough! 🐾❤️

After much skepticism that our dog could be trained, I am happy we finally decided to get our dog trained, and even happier that we decided to work with Chris Park K-9. Chris and London were amazing with our 1-year-old GSD, Sora. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs. Luna, our Goldendoodle, is our first dog. She is very active, super sweet, and always gets excited. She weighs about 50 pounds, and with two young daughters in the home, it was very important for us that she learn not to jump on people or pull on the leash during walks. Chris and London did an amazing job not only training Luna, but also teaching us how to work with her and reinforce the training at home. They gave us the tools and confidence we needed to continue her progress after the program. I was very nervous about leaving Luna for two weeks, and I was also worried that she might come back less of her sweet, crazy, playful self. The team reassured me throughout the process and made everything so much easier. They regularly sent videos, responded quickly to my text messages, and kept us updated on Luna’s progress, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The best part is that Luna’s training has lasted. The skills she learned are still with her today, and our walks and daily life with her are so much more enjoyable. She did not change her personality—she is still the same sweet, playful, energetic dog we love, just much better behaved and easier to manage. After the 3.5 week board and train, Bodhi was significantly better around other dogs and receptive of all commands even in highly distracted scenarios. His leash pulling significantly declined and I now feel comfortable bringing him around others dogs. Most importantly, Chris continually emphasized to me how to handle Bodhi in high stress situations and stressed the importance of thinking like the dog. He helped me understand Bodhi's "body language" and how to handle him in specific scenarios to make him feel comfortable. They worked very hard to emphasis the importance of us as owners remaining in control at all times. We have had Casper back now for a couple months and have seen a drastic improvement in his behavior and social skills. We feel fully equipped moving forward to handle our dog, and, if needed, Chris and his team are fully available to us as well going forward. Posted on GoogleBrianna Colon20 June 2026I decided to put my 8 month old Goldendoodle in the board and train program with Chris after my other dog had a very positive experience with him and is a very good and obedient dog now. Before, Sage was always pulling on the leash and did not have basic obedient skills. After Chris she is more obedient and is definitely better on the leash. I definitely recommend Chris to everyone!

My overactive ADHD German Shepherd was a real challenge—she pulled on the leash and tried to chase every rabbit and dog in sight. I had just moved to the area and couldn’t even meet neighbors because her energy looked so aggressive that people kept walking. After working with Chris and his staff, everything has changed. My dog now walks calmly beside me, comes when called, and responds to basic commands like sit and lay down. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly with both dogs and owners. I’m so grateful for the transformation they helped us achieve.

I called him based on his Google Reviews in the area for help with controlling my German Shepherds obedience, reactivity and anxiety. She did the 3 week boarding program and I got updates nearly every day. By the end of her board training she was still the same dog just much more confident and relaxed. The next part of the training (and most important) was my training. Chris has spent the last few weeks training me on the commands he taught my dog and how to trust my dog. I knew Chris was the right choice when I noticed in my training how much he emphasized following his directions 100% of the time. This showed he wants the best for the dogs he works with and for them to live a more confident and relaxed life. Chris has been fun to work with these last couple months and my relationship with my dog has never been so great!

We have a Turkish Kangal Shepherd and a Presa Canario, and Chris and his staff got the job done. Both dogs came back much easier to manage. We can now walk them off leash with no issues. Our Presa was starting to become reactive, and now he is much more manageable for us. Chris and his team clearly know what they’re doing, especially with strong, difficult breeds. Highly recommend.

We rescued her about 3 years ago from an abusive situation and soon after settling her in realized she was very reactive toward people and dogs and territorial of our apartment building. We previously tried multiple positive only dog trainers (with no real results) and a veterinary behaviorist (who told us she was inbred and to avoid basically unavoidable situations) we didn't know what else to do. After lunging at and almost biting our neighbor despite being on a short leash we knew we HAD to try something else. Thankfully we found Chris online and after boarding Remy for 3 weeks the results were tremendous. With the e-collar and shared simple command language, we finally are able to communicate effectively with Remy and her behavior has drastically improved, and we know it isn't hurting her at all on such low settings. She is just as sweet and happy as ever but is also more calm, confident, and responsive to us on the leash and off! She is not perfect and will need ongoing training but that is what was expected and we are so happy with our results. I would highly recommend Chris Park for anyone struggling with reactive or anxious dog who feel like they are stuck where they are.

Working with Chris completely transformed our confidence in handling our 95 lb, 2-year-old German Shepherd, Blaze. Before training, walks and off-leash situations could feel stressful and unpredictable. After completing obedience and off-leash training with Chris, Blaze is more focused, responsive, and confident — and so are we. Chris has an incredible ability to understand both the dog and the owner. His training style is professional, patient, and extremely effective. The off-leash training in particular has been life-changing for us. We now feel comfortable taking Blaze on hikes, walks, and outings knowing he will reliably listen and respond. What really sets Chris apart is that he truly stands by his work and continues to support his clients long after the formal training is complete. He routinely checks in with us and offers refreshers to help ensure Blaze stays obedient and consistent. That ongoing support has made a huge difference and shows how much he genuinely cares about the long-term success of both the dog and the family. An added perk is the boarding service he offers to all past training clients. Being able to leave your pet with such capable caretakers, gives us peace of mind during short and long trips alike. I’d like to say Chris did an outstanding job training our puppy, but I think it was my husband and me who learned the most! Chris is strict, stern, and extraordinarily disciplined in his approach. He understands dogs. And they respond to him like no other. He is also wildly good humored, which makes for some funny moments when the dog performs but the humans do not. (Like I said, he was training us, too!) I would recommend Chris without hesitation—feel lucky we found him and that we were able to benefit from his undeniable expertise.

My puppy spent almost three weeks with trainer Kristina for the board-and-train program, and I can’t believe the difference in him. He’s still the same playful, happy puppy, but he listens so much better and is much more focused. He follows my commands and now has the freedom to be off leash, which has been amazing. I was sad and nervous sending my boy away to an unfamiliar place, but I felt hopeful after reading so many positive reviews. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process and sent pictures and videos, which meant so much. I loved seeing him socialize with other dogs and watching his progress. The follow-up sessions were also great. Chris took the time to show us how to maintain everything he learned and set us up for success at home. Posted on GooglePhoebe Barnett13 March 2026Chris did such an amazing job with my Aussiedoodle, Baker. Baker was a dog who was afraid of people and other dogs. He would lung, bark, not be accepting to being around new people or dogs. I thought he was reactive and aggressive but from Chris’ professional perspective he taught me that he was acting out of fear rather than aggression. After 4 weeks, Baker is a changed dog. Baker is extremely obedient on and off the leash. He is open and accepting of new people and dogs. I am able to bring him in crowded public places (that allow dogs) and he does AMAZING. Before he experienced his training with Chris, we were unsure of how to help him or didn’t have the smallest bit of control over him which was stressful and overwhelming at times. Now he is the “perfect” dog and we are so proud of him. Chris walked me through every command and expectation before I brought him home and that made all the difference. He explained the why behind each command and how they will help me and my dog be on the same page. While 4 weeks was a long time for him to be away it was worth every minute & dollar. Additionally, Chris is available even after the training is complete. He sets up times to do follow up training practice and it is so helpful. Our lives have changed for the better having a dog who respects, tolerates, and enjoys the training he received and continues to put the practice in use throughout our everyday routine and lifestyle.

Posted on GoogleAmanda George25 February 2026We sought out Chris’ help after trying and failing with a different type of training program for our “foster fail” rescue pup, Charley who had become suddenly reactive to other dogs. Prior to committing to the training we met with Chris who talked us through his training regimen, regaled us with success stories and answered our many questions. We left that meeting with one very important thing: Hope. Fast forward a few months and Charley went to Chris the weekend before Christmas; which coincided with our family trip to Florida to visit the grandparents. The whole family anxiously awaited texts and videos of Charley with updates and progress, which Chris did provide. When we arrived to finally pick up our girl after three long weeks we were thrilled she was excited to see us, but had also formed a bond with Chris. After four follow-up visits with Chris in “the real world” Charley, as well as us, finally graduated! These follow-ups were crucial to ask Chris questions in real-time and truly understand the training methods that Charley had worked on with him. Is our dog perfect now? Of course not, Chris is good … but he isn’t a miracle worker. And no dog is truly perfect, of course. But this training was exactly what our stubborn and strong-willed dog needed. She learned basic commands we wouldn’t had otherwise instituted that literally make our lives easier and less anxiety provoking. Chris also gave us the tools to combat her reactivity, should it arise in the future. He makes himself available for any questions or concerns that may come up, even long after the official training has commenced. We are so happy we decided on this choice for Charley and our family.

Chris gave us 2 options and we decided to do the 1 on 1 training, which requires us to work with the dog a few times a day to get the commands down. Chris trained our dog and showed us how to, told us what to work on and how frequently. He presented all the information really well and his training methods are professional and direct. He cares about your relationship with your dog and wants both dog and owner to succeed. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

I came in one day after being sick and my spouse overseas for work and started telling him jokingly to take her because I’m exhausted and then broke down (ugly crying). Once my spouse returned home we met with Chris and decided the best choice for our Doberman was to give her to a top tier expert Chris. She came back a better version of herself, night and day difference because of Chris’s expertise, attention to detail along with love and patience. Khaleesi is living her best life ❤️!

When I was deciding whether to enroll my dog, Chris spoke with me at length on the phone to explain the process and establish expectations. The boarding went great and I received regular updates. I was a little worried about coming back to a dog with a changed personality, but that wasn't the case at all. Dyno is still a happy and goofy pup, but I could see when Chris interacted with him, how he commanded the dog's attention and respect. In our follow-up sessions, Chris showed me exactly how to practice the training methods so that I could also start having that kind of relationship with my dog. The improvement in Dyno's attention and recall has been tremendous- I was so impressed with him at his graduation! There are still areas for us to work on but I have more confidence and trust to let him enjoy freedom more, which has definitely improved the quality of our outings together. Most importantly, I feel equipped with the tools and knowledge to continue the training process and keep strengthening our relationship. In summary: if you are looking for a dog trainer (especially one close to the Boston area), I would 100% recommended Chris!

One of the biggest concerns I had when looking for a trainer was "is that person going to treat my dog right" When he was dropped off to us he was super happy and wagging his tail and was so good with London. When we went to our follow ups with Chris, he ran right up to him wagging his tail, genuinely happy to seem him and vice versa. Such a relief knowing he was in such good hands during the few weeks he was away. My 5 month labradoodle is so unbelievably trained that the constant comments and small from shocked and wide eyes dog owners are getting annoying. "he's only 5 months?!?" is the most common comment. George hasn't been on a leash in 4 weeks and I regularly walk him around Boston, job sites and around my neighborhood where I live. He is completely on command and is only getting smarter and smarter with our nightly walks. I am so grateful I chose the right trainer....run don't walk to sign up for Chris' board and train and enjoy the best dog in the neighborhood for a longtime to come. Everybody wants that dog that's chill and listens and Chris will provide that REVIEW #2!!!!! Don't walk but run to Chris Park! Chris trined my first dog and the results were simply unbelievable. We get compliments every single day about how well trained our dogs are and its thanks to Chris and his team. From the very first meeting, Chris demonstrated deep expertise, patience, and a true understanding of both dogs and owners. His training approach is structured, clear, and incredibly effective — but what really sets him apart is how well he teaches the owners along with the dogs. Our golden retriever stayed with Chris for two and a half weeks. When she returned to us there were remarkable improvements with her behavior. I am so astounded with the transformation of my dog’s behavior after training for 2.5 weeks with follow up visits to ensure that the training lasts outside of the training location.
Posted on GoogleJannice Gründer11 January 2026Chris is the only one who got my boy to stop biting my dad and I. Other trainers kept telling me redirect etc and it was just making it worse. It got to the point bonding between us had stalled because all he would do was bite. Chris and London saved us! Maximus and my bond is now impenetrable. Things like snuggles are occurring often which didn’t happen since he was 3 months old. He loves being between my legs whereas before he would do the safety command but he would be scared between my legs now it’s his favorite spot. I’m able to watch movies with him. Take longer walks with him. Go on adventures with him. Take him to pet friendly stores. We can now continue to more advanced training classes like agility . He made me become a confident handler and now I don’t have to read 50 million training manuals or pay for 1:1 sessions . And I don’t feel like a failure anymore. Everyone has seen the difference in him. I’m so proud and grateful. He truly cares for his clients. He taught me for two months after doing board and train. And he sent us videos and photos during board and train. If you feel like a failure and nowhere to turn to and tired of all the different trainers voices, trust me he is the one to go to.

At drop off when I was already starting to miss my girl, Sasha, Chris spent the extra time to talk to me and ease my worries :) The communication and the photos that were sent to me throughout training were awesome. The videos especially were something that I looked forward to. I got to see Sasha playing with others dogs, training or working with London or Chris. No matter which.... always a good time. Great people, great philosophy, great facility, great results, great choice! Hands down!! It's such a good feeling when you go back to see your trainer and your dog gets so excited that she can't wait to get out of the car. Training with Chris and crew was definitely the right decision.

As first-time dog parents who had just adopted a 4.5-year-old Goldendoodle, we truly did not know what to expect. My biggest fear was that training would change who our dog was or make him fearful, and that was something I was not willing to compromise on. Before committing, I spent 30 to 40 minutes on the phone with Chris. He was patient, transparent, and thorough in answering all of my questions. While I appreciated his approach, I will admit that I was still unsure. My husband felt strongly about moving forward, and when we met Chris in person, he again took the time to walk us through the process in detail and address my concerns. Throughout the training, Chris regularly shared videos of our dog’s progress along with thoughtful commentary, which helped ease my anxiety and build trust in the process. London, who worked directly with our dog, was absolutely fantastic and clearly cared deeply about both the dogs and the outcomes. When we picked our dog up after training, the results were remarkable. He was truly a better version of himself. Not only did we notice the positive changes, but friends and family did as well. He was not fearful, shut down, or different in personality. He was confident, happy, and still very much himself. Most importantly, our bond improved and we genuinely enjoy each other more now. After our dog graduated, Chris continued to support us by meeting once a week for three weeks to walk us through the training and ensure we felt confident continuing at home. By the end of the process, I told Chris how apprehensive I had been at the start and how genuinely glad I was that we trusted him and his team. I would 100 percent recommend Chris and his team. Even if you are skeptical or nervous like I was, they are professional, transparent, and truly care about the dogs and their families.
Posted on GoogleTiana Jenkins21 December 2025I did a lot of research before deciding on what would be the perfect fit for my female American Akita; I have to say, working with Chris and London was the best fit for Luna and I. As Luna started growing up, she started testing her "abilities" more and more. I was having a very hard time with controlling her barking, basic commands (she would do as she wanted in the classic Akita way), and her reactiveness. Now, she was/is not aggressive in the slightest but she would try to pull me to whatever she wanted to go see. She would sometimes listen for a treat but that was not sustainable. I wanted more for Luna and I. After having the initial meeting with Chris, I knew sending Luna to him for boarding and training would be our best option. It was really hard to send my girl away for two-ish weeks but London and Chris would send me updates, pictures, and videos of my girl to assure me everything was going very well. In the process of our follow up visits/training, I tore my ACL and ended up having knee surgery which put a pause on everything for around 6-7 months. I had to have help from others who did not know Luna's training. Throughout this time, I could tell Luna started to test my boundaries more again as I could not keep up with the level of training we had until I could start walking again. Luckily, Chris was very patient and understood the circumstances and was very willing to continue our training. After just the first follow up meeting after all of this time, Chris refreshed not only Luna's memory on what to do but also mine. She has now graduated his program!! After training most our dogs on our own we had our first “problem puppy” that that needed professional help and I’m grateful we found Chris Park K9 training. We are still working with Chris to handle fear aggression since it is not something Romeo can overcome overnight and is situational but they have given us tools and guidance to help better handle these stressful situations for our puppy. We loved the daily pictures and videos while Romeo was boarding to reassure us our big baby was doing just fine. They had little socialization with other dogs or people and little discipline. A friend recommended Chris and his team to us . We dropped them off at 1030 am . By 1145 Chris had sent us videos of them playing with other dogs in his care . When we picked them up they were totally different, for the better , dogs . After a couple of follow up visits , to make sure we knew what they had learned, we all graduated. I tried to include photos Chris had sent us but was not successful. It was next to impossible to walk her on a leash, between her pulling, and barking constantly at other dogs, showing teeth and raising all the hair on her body, she made it very difficult. She stayed with Chris and his team for about two weeks and came home a different dog! The commands and socializing with other dogs they taught her have made such an incredible difference! We tried other places and online classes - but nothing worked - he felt like he owned the house and us! After reading the testimonials online and friend’s recommendations, we decided to send him to Chris and his team. We were sad to see Cato leave us, but after less than two weeks, he came home a different dog. He is still a puppy and has that puppy energy - but he is manageable! We now enjoy our time outdoors on walks, at different places, and anywhere we can with Cato. Before he got trained by Chris, I dreaded taking Cato to a park. Although it was an incredible hard decision to send our baby away, Chris ensured constant contact and updates throughout his stay. He was so happy there and also had the opportunity to socialize daily with other dogs - huge bonus! Bodie is now 7 months and is off leash. We live in the city and our yard is not completely fenced in. Since he came home, we have no worries about Bodie playing in the yard and his recall is nearly instant. They did amazing work and showed so much love to her along the way! We are very comfortable with Poa off leash now and very comfortable on leash too. Training is, the owners, with the commands & e-collar took some practice but they were great coaches. Poa was very much herself when she returned from training but knew her commands! Would highly recommend.

We brought Chilli home when she was 8 weeks old and knew right away that we wanted a well behaved dog. We also have 2 young children so an obedient dog is a must for safety. Chris Park had the best reviews. Like, who has all 5 star reviews? Could this be real? Without mentioning my research on him, he was recommended by 2 colleagues of mine as I was wallowing to them about my puppyhood misery. Chilli is a wild and crazy and happy GSD puppy. She was biting a lot. We couldn’t even pet her, she’d get so excited and start to bite us. My sons were scared of her and avoided her like the plague. Not at all what I pictured. We did some basic obedience and socialization but clearly we were missing the mark and messing something up. So I gave him a call. We scheduled her drop off for when she turned 5 months for board and train. At first I felt a little nervous then I got my first update video and realized my dog was in her happily ever after era. I loved that the first video I got was of London (one of Chris’ trainers) playing with her, getting to know her before they started their work. My family and I loved getting video updates! She did board and train for almost 3 weeks. Chris said they don’t want to push the puppies too hard because they’re young. I like that they don’t just have a single plan and time frame but they really work with your dog, where they are and figure out what they need. We picked up the same wild and crazy and happy GSD puppy except trained. We could finally pet her, she responds to commands and corrections much faster. And my sons could play with their dog! At pick up, they give you a lesson and instructions and then you book follow up sessions. Chris makes sure his work is complete after drop off. He first trains your dog and then you! (Let’s face it, training dogs are probably the easy part) Follow up sessions were so great, and helpful. Chilli keeps progressing everyday! She’s still only 6 months old, but we’ve been on off leash hikes and walks (ignoring bunnies, squirrels, dogs and even the dreaded high pitched “a puppy?!?). She’s officially graduated from Chris Park K9 but Chris still checks in to see if I need anything (knowing full well she’s a wild and crazy and happy puppy). Another reason we did board and train is my husband and I work, have 2 kids and busy schedules. This totally sped up and accelerated the training process and we bought good quality time with our dog. Our puppy is a sweetheart but a puppy - pulled very hard on a leash, nippy, didn’t know how to approach other dogs, couldn’t be left in a room by herself if not gated, etc. We opted for the multiple week boarding training and are thrilled with the results!! In just a couple weeks there, she has been MUCH better on a leash, can be off leash and listen to commands, understands no, gets along much better with our older dog, and can be trusted to roam around our house now. She has become a disciplined, confident puppy while still maintaining her goofy, loving personality!! At just 7 months old, she is already better behaved than most adult dogs. She has been back with us for about 2 months now & hasn’t lost any of her new found discipline either. The care, compassion and training he received while at their facility exceeded our expectations. The team followed Finley's cues and took the training at his pace while still being firm enough to complete his training. They treated him like their own and sent pictures and videos frequently so we could see how the training was progressing. Their training was thorough and our dog still has his same personality as he did before. We have received many compliments on Finley’s obedience after training and what a difference it made. My dog weighs 100 lbs and is incredibly strong, he would get 10/10 excited at everything and pull me everywhere, basically walking me. I knew I had to do more training than just positive reinforcement for this big happy guy. Chris worked hard to not only educate and train Doug, but mostly me! I definitely needed help with a lot of the commands and he got me on track and feeling confident! I can honestly say my life is a million times easier now that my dog and I are speaking the same language and understanding each other. There’s no frustration on his or my end and it’s made our lives so much more manageable! We can go grocery shopping, run errands, off leash hikes, go to events, and endless amount of things my dog can come with me and remain under my control, even if he is super excited. The dogs absolutely love Chris and his team( my dog tried to go home with him during our training session once) Truly can’t say how grateful we both are!! Thank you again Chris Park K9!!

He observes, trains, and teaches -both the dog and the owners- incrementally, with very clear objectives that make sense (to both). We saw progress on day one, and once we were into the swing of things, the results were exponential. I was nervous about leaving her for 3 weeks, but knew it was the best. I was so impressed with the changes in my rambunctious 8 month old puppy when I picked her up. Same fun personality, but she actually listens. She can be off leash, she comes when called. Is extremely well behaved and you can see her trying to learn and process what I’m saying when we work together. He teaches not only the dog what to do, but takes the time to teach owner how to be more consistent, how to better communicate and helps build that relationship between dog and owner. Posted on GoogleAimee Ward2 March 2025Sent my 1 year old golden retriever Lily to Chris’s 2 week board and train program. Before training, my dog was incredibly stubborn, constantly pulling on walks, and often ignoring me altogether. She would practically pull me onto my face running towards any dog and person. She would also take any chance she could get to run away from me and keep running. But after just two weeks with Chris, the transformation has been nothing short of amazing. I was afraid that sending her away would change her quirky personality, but this was not the case. She is the same dog, but much calmer. She now walks calmly beside me off-leash, listens and responds to commands on the first try, and is a very respectful dog. Lily doesn’t pull me down the street anymore and now I actually ENJOY my walks with her! Chris was also able to help Lily get over some fears such as loud noises. He not only trains the dog, but owner too in a way that is comprehensive and easy to understand. Chris is incredibly humble and patient, and very responsive to any questions. I’m happy that I can rely on Chris if I have any questions down the line. Will be sending all my future dogs to him!
Posted on GoogleAli Shaikh22 February 2025Don’t even know where to start , I adopted a 4 month old Rottweiler named Rocky, I went through a trainer but Rocky didn’t seem to learn much , we tried eveyrthing , at 9 months my dog started being reactive towards dogs and strangers, had a hard time walking on a leash properly , I asked a lot of people I knew who they got their dogs trained from and almost everyone said Chris park, fast forward Rocky graduated from Chris parks program and let me tell you, I can walk him off leash at Times Square if I wanted to, he doesn’t bark at dogs and he listens very well, Thankyou so much Chris for putting the time and effort in my dog and not giving up on him same way I didn’t give up on him, I love my dog so much I couldn’t even imagine giving him away and that was all possible thanks to Chris park , I will forever be grateful

I sent my almost two year pup Charlotte to them for board and train and it was the best thing I could have done for us. Coming back from her training she is no longer the nippy velociraptor she was and is now an obedient, happy dog who listens to commands and is able to play off leash to her hearts content. I truly appreciate everything Chris and London did for us and how thorough they were with her training and mine to make sure we are set up for success! I highly recommend training with Chris!

I brought my dog Winni for obedience training with Chris and I couldn’t have been more impressed even after the first lesson. Chris has a great approach to his training focusing on following commands and corrections while still keeping the dogs personality and to be a happy dog. In 6 weeks, my dog went from pulling on the leash, being nippy and not obeying commands before training to now being trained off leash, obeying commands and acting well behaved after completing training with Chris Parks. My dog just turned 1 year old and she’s now trained and well behaved for anywhere I’d like to take her. He was a sweet boy but had a few behavior problems that were out of our league and didn’t know how to deal with. We sent him away with Chris for a few weeks and he came back the best behaved boy. Then Chris trained us! He explained to us that our dog needed to know we were in charge and we make the decisions and that’s exactly what happened. 6 years later he is still so well behaved and follows our commands. He no longer needs the e collar. It definitely isn't cheap and you get what you pay for-worth every single cent! We were lost until we found Chris. He is truly amazing with dogs. Chris is also very responsive. I once called him years later accidentally and quickly hung up. Within seconds I had a text from him.

My puppy was sent to him chewing furniture, going potty in the house, nipping and growling, jumping and running so fast 3 of us had to chase him to catch him in the house TO being the most well behaved well mannered puppy but still cuddly fun and all of the great qualities. I went from thinking getting a puppy was possibly a big mistake to thinking I could have 10 of this dog with no issue. Would make this choice ten times over and as you can see I never leave google reviews but this one had to be made. He is a totally changed dog after training with Chris, much calmer and obedient without losing his playful and happy personality. Due to the tools Chris and his team gave us and Ollie, we are able to be confident about taking him outside off leash and he is enjoying this freedom as well. Chris also makes sure that he provides a comprehensive hand-off to you after training and has follow-up sessions to make sure that you and your dog are settled well with the training. The transformation was incredible, he now listens to commands, no longer pulls and we are now able to even walk him off leash. A 130 lb dog can be a handful to own if not well behaved. After training with the team, my dog is obedient, easy to walk and can go in public without any issues. Chris has worked wonders with all three of my dogs: Malibu, our long-haired German Shepherd; Max, our Australian Cattle Dog; and our newest addition, Maverick, another long-haired German Shepherd. Maverick had a tough time adjusting as a puppy. He chewed everything, had trouble listening, and was terrified of other dogs besides his two siblings. I brought my 7 month old GSD, Ajax, to Chris for a board and train with some follow up appointments. Being away from your dog for 2-3 weeks is never easy, but Chris kept me in the loop with pictures and progress reports. Chris and London did an amazing job training him in a structured program, giving him all of the basic obedience skills as well as improving his manners and general behavior. I’m much more confident bringing Ajax around new places, and I’m now able to give him the freedom to be off leash without having to worry about him wandering off or chasing after whatever catches his eye. I run my huskies, usually about 4 miles, on a motorized skateboard and take them on skis when there’s snow. I tried training them myself. I did 15 minute training sessions with each one everyday. Still misbehaved, still ran away if ever given the opportunity, still fought, and were overly possessive. They are truly changed dogs. The food and toy aggression is almost entirely gone. The fighting has stopped. I can have them off leash and they don’t run away. They listen. They THINK. Now they look at me before they do something. They lost a lot of their impulsiveness. I catch them looking at me all time asking for permission to do something. Huskies are notoriously stubborn and strong willed but Chris was able to channel that into them working with me instead of against me. Truly grateful. Chris taught me so much too. So helpful to do the trainings with my dogs and have him walks me through them. Learned so much about how to work with and train my dogs. Picture: I never thought I could have them off leash, no e-collar either, in a parking lot. They would’ve ran away first chance they got but here they are truly transformed dogs.

We adopted her and have young kids and she seemed to be on edge compared to past dogs and we didn't know her history even though she was under a year old. She was also very food aggressive. The board and train was a little pricy for us but WORTH EVERY penny. She was night and day different. Then we had some follow up classes in a public environment and that was really a great experience. He even was patient working with our two oldest kids (7 and 10) with the dog. Any dog we get in the future is coming back here for the board and train. This is going to be the best trained dog I have ever owned. I can't thank or praise Chris and his team enough. If you are looking around. Stop here and look no further. If you are on the fence. You will not regret it. Thank you Chris and Team!!!!

But due to Roscoe beginning to become aggressive with other dogs around 10 months old and the lack of communication I was experiencing with the trainer I was using at the time I decided to look into ecollar training with Chris Park K9. In my first conversation with Chris over the phone he explained how ecollar’s can be a great asset with large breed protective dogs such as mine when they’re used correctly. I decided to schedule the board and train method Chris suggested but was still very unsure if this was the right decision. I felt terrible about the thought of leaving Roscoe for weeks in a strange place with complete strangers and be subjected to a whole new method of training. With an ecollar no less! I decided I had to do something different than the constant positive training with treats that he had clearly out smarted by 16 months old. I was so hesitant I almost canceled. I’m so thankful I didn’t cancel. While Roscoe was in the board and train phase Chris sent photos and videos a few times to show how the training was going. When it was finally time to pick Roscoe up I got my first lesson with the ecollar. London was so patient with me and answered all my questions as well as showing me how to do things the right way when I didn’t understand how I was supposed to be doing something. Then Chris gave me my first lesson with Roscoe and the ecollar. Roscoe was so disciplined! I couldn’t believe it! And when Roscoe would just look at Chris or London his undivided attention was undeniable. By the second training session Chris had me walk Roscoe by his dog. When Roscoe first saw Chris’s dog he barked and lunged like he always does so I gave him a correction with the ecollar and he immediately stopped reacting and walked passed Chris’s dog as if he wasn’t even there. Chris even had his dog follow behind Roscoe and I for a minute and Roscoe didn’t react at all! He kept his focus on me the whole time! By our third training session Chris had me training Roscoe off leash and by graduation Roscoe was following my command without a leash or collar at all! I can’t say enough good things about Chris Park K9, their dog training abilities and their understanding of dogs and how they think! Chris has always answered every text I’ve ever sent and returned every call I’ve ever made, even after graduating. I’m so happy with the progress Roscoe has made and I know Chris and his team are always available if Roscoe and I ever need them. Our 1st experience into the unknown was a bit nervous causing some anxiety. But this was all for naught as Chris and team developed our pup Bailey into a dog who understands and is truly a close member of our family. Scroll forward 2+ years and we brought home Bailey’s niece, Jade, and knew that we had to use Chris again. Jade, you see, is a bit of a punkish tomboy who wanted to take charge of the household. We thought this would be one heck of a challenge for Chris Park. We were so wrong. Jade’s attitude became one of happiness all the time, wanting to be one with the family. Oh did I say that both Bailey and Jade are excellent in their skills. We walk and run them on the town common and beach off leash, under control, with no worries. We have no idea what his background was, but he was scared of men, missing part of his ear and had food aggression. We spent time building his trust and he became the most loveable pup who hugged you with his entire body and earned the nickname wiggle butt. Fast forward a year and he formed such a bond with us that he wanted to protect us from everything. Since the world was scary for him he started to become anxious and perceive many things as a threat. Especially when men he didn't know would enter our space or go near his children, it became dangerous. He would get tunnel vision and I was unable to get him to respond without physically restraining him. My hope for his time with Chris and his team was so Hunter could be called back and put away when we had guests over and it would be easy to cross the street when we saw other dogs. I never imagined that he could walk by anyone or anything off leash, welcome guests, and take naps in the middle of a bbq with 50+ people. I cried after I dropped him off. I was so afraid he would think he was abandoned again, that he would lose his goofy lovable personality, and that he would no longer want to play with his puppy siblings. Instead he came back happier. His anxiety was gone like a weight had been lifted and knowing that if he listened to us he didn't have to overthink and he could just be a family pet that loved to be loved and take adventures with his kids. He used to experience night terrors and now he snores like he doesn't have a care in the world. He enjoys meeting guests and new people now, of course we have learned how to respect his space too and help him and our walks are so enjoyable! We don't have to cross the street, it's no longer me using bags of treats to keep his focus or his strength against mine, I talk to him and we continue on our way as a team. The training has always been amazing for many other things counter surfing, begging for food, jumping, and any other negative behaviors as they arise. I will never adopt another dog and not send them to Chris and his team. Hunter was home for 3 days before I called Chris and told him his sister was next!!
Posted on GoogleJoe & Theresa Muckey3 August 2024So we were debating if Earl was going to be a great fit for our family after an incident during a walk, especially as we were getting ready for a cross country move. I couldn’t control him, he was controlling me in that situation. Although Earl had been to board and train twice in the past I wasn’t really taught. I messaged Chris out of desperation and he immediately called me. He understood that are timing was very short but fit our Earl for a board and train. I was also called in during his time to work and learn. Chris is great, he left me know when I was going something wrong so that I could learn from my mistakes. I am confident now and don’t hesitate to take Earl out with me to the box stores or around the blocks. I know his triggers and can now alter them. If it wasn’t for Chris by our side during those 3 weeks, Earl would not have made the cross country move with us. Do not hesitate to reach out to Chris and his team. I wish we would’ve found him a lot sooner as we could’ve saved so much money in his prior training.

After 2.5 weeks Ellie returned to us happy and well trained with her commands. We couldn’t believe the difference! Chris provided lots of additional support before and after the training program, and taught me to have confidence in my puppy’s knowledge and ability to follow the commands. It is incredibly freeing to have her off leash for potty breaks (in our unfenced yard) and walks with confidence. Recently, we took her to the beach for the first time and she was able to be a free dog, run, and play and return to us when called. It was amazing! Chris promised when we started training that Ellie would be able to successfully walk through our busy downtown with no leash or collar and I thought that was impossible. But Ellie did just that to graduate! Send your puppy to Chris and invest in his training early on — you won’t regret it.
Posted on GoogleRoger laVault2 July 2024Where do I begin? Well, we got 2 female Kangal shepherds less than 2 years ago. As they were growing up, it became very obvious they needed some training, we tried in home training, weekly training, and most trainers we approached told us “ you can’t train a Kangal” they have a mind of their own. Well, we didn’t really know what to do next. These girls are very big, strong and intimidating, to us, they are the most loving and affectionate.We were very hesitant to walk them in any public place wit other people and especially other dogs. This breed is quite protective. Anyway, a co-worker of mine brought his Great Dane Adonis to Chris. He couldn’t believe the change. So, we contacted Chris, he first took Ruby, she had terrible anxiety when in her crate, and would bark at the neighbors dogs as if she wanted to go through the fence (which I had to reinforce) when we picked up Ruby we dropped off Nala. Nala came home a few weeks later. Now, when I say they are completely different dogs, behavior wise, that would be a huge understatement. I am amazed, happy and most of all so thankful to Chris and his staff for this, believe it or not life changing experience. Not only are they a pleasure to walk and work with, I have all the trust in these girls. I also had the pleasure of being trained to be a better dog owner. He actually taught me to “connect “ with your dog, I had no idea how that would work. Well he taught me. We will forever be grateful for all his experience. If you took the time to read this, look nowhere else to train your dog, I would give him 6 stars if I could. He is the BEST out there.

Posted on GoogleNadia Monti17 June 2024I had wanted to have a dog my whole life. Finally, I pulled the trigger and I adopted a wonderful mixed breed named Bo. He was amazing. However, as he got older, it was clear that something inside him was easily sparked. He was very, very, very randomly aggressive towards other dogs. He was kicked out of daycare, and I had other dog walkers refused to walk him because he was so strong. It was sad and scary. Things got worse after I moved in with my partner. The last straw was when he attacked our other eight-year-old American bully no less than 10 times and had drawn blood each time. The attacks came from out of nowhere and they were very difficult to break apart. I was devastated, I didn’t think that I could do it anymore. I had no idea why this was happening. I tried books, advice from friends, I was at my wits end as things kept getting worse and worse and I did not know what to do. Frightened, I started to contemplate giving up my baby boy. One of my best friends recommended Chris Park. She said trust me, call him, he will work his magic. I was skeptical at first, but the results were undeniable. Chris and his team are OUTSTANDING. Chris transformed Bo, and was an amazing teacher for my partner and me. We cannot convey how grateful we are. I’m now able to take Bo anywhere and everywhere I want with confidence and complete control. Thank you, Chris. Thank you, London. Thank you everyone! I would not hesitate to call them. I feel like they can rehabilitate any dog.

After struggling with aggression within the yard and household to strangers. From the very first session, Chris's expertise and genuine love for dogs were evident. Chris took the time to understand Izzy’s unique personality and tailored the training program to suit her needs. We decided she had to be boarded and this was the absolute best decision. His positive reinforcement techniques made a world of difference. Izzy responded so well to his calm and patient approach. When she came home, we saw a dramatic improvement in her behavior. She now walks off leash, follows commands, and is much more manageable around other dogs and people. Chris sent photos every week to assure that she is safe and doing well. I never wanted to be that guy at the beach who can’t control their dog. She is the best-behaved dog off leash! He worked wonders with my bernedoodle puppy- she boarded with him for 2 weeks and came back a much happier and more relaxed puppy, knowing all the basic commands. Beyond that, Chris spent several hours with my family teaching us how to continue training. He truly does foster the dog-person connection and shows why this is so important. As loving and sweet as he was he had behaviors we wanted to correct such as jumping, recall, leash pulling, responsiveness and his destructiveness. We did extensive research for the right trainer because of our unsuccessful training before, we were looking for someone who has experience with Malinois which is how we found Chris. We live in Connecticut, which is about a 2-hour drive to Chris but when we spoke to him, he already knew some of the issues we had and was able to speak very specifically to the breed and temperament which made us feel very comfortable and confident he was the right trainer for us regardless of the distance. Chris was great in working with our schedule due to the commute, he was responsive and updated us when Bruno was with him. When we went to pick him up, we didn’t know what to expect but Bruno came back as his sweet, playful, loving self but more responsive, focused and confident. Chris and London helped us understand Bruno and was really honest in what we needed to do and correct ourselves for continued success. Chris made it really clear that we can reach out to him at anytime we needed him which is reassuring. We would recommend Chris and his team without hesitation for anyone who is looking for a trainer. We could not be happier with their work with Bruno and the quality of life we now have thanks to them.

Brewski was very anxious meeting new people as well as other dogs. After 3 weeks in a board and train program with Chris and his team he is a completely different dog yet still the same! (i was very nervous about him changing during this). I am now able to take him in stores with me, out to outdoor dining, walks, and much more all while being around other people and animals. At this point we are only 2 weeks post board and train and Chris is still 100% available and communicating with us to further his progress. Even have another meeting set up with him tomorrow for more dog on dog interaction as well as boarding him in the near future for a couple days. My dog Hendrix is a bloodhound mix (rescue) and he’s 7 years old. He had a lot of issues with begging at the table/in the kitchen, counter surfing, bad off-leash recall, terrible leash pulling on walks, and more. After sending him to Chris and his team, Hendrix is a completely different and well-behaved dog! I was worried given his age and breed that he was not trainable. Chris and his team took Hendrix for 3 weeks for a board and train program. I am now able to take Hendrix on walks and he does not pull at all! I’m also able to let him completely off-leash on hikes and in my parent’s backyard (not fenced). I NEVER thought I would be able to do this because Hendrix would normally have taken off into the woods (before his training) and he would never come back when being called. I have had no issues with Hendrix begging or counter surfing since he’s been back home with me. They were able to train Hendrix to go to his “bed” and this really works! He can even sit in the same room when we are eating and he stays on his bed, away from the table. The same goes for meal prep time in the kitchen. Chris also met with me 5 times after the board and train (once at my house, 4 times in a public place) for us to practice with Hendrix and so he could see how I was doing with all of the training. He has always been available for questions throughout the whole process and even after Hendrix graduated. I will now be using Chris as my go-to for boarding Hendrix because he is trustworthy and reliable. It was obvious from the videos Chris sent me throughout Hendrix’s time boarding with him that he treats the dogs as if they were his own. I did a LOT of research before choosing my trainer because it is an investment. I am so happy I found Chris and his team. I highly recommend him to anyone!

A goal of ours was achieving off-leash training with a solid recall for Kylo, and Chris and his team delivered excellent results. He was incredibly communicative and always available to help, whether by text, call, or FaceTime. Once a wild (and lovable) two year old golden doodle is now a much more behaved (and still lovable) family member! No longer do we need to worry about him jumping all over guests or not listening to us when he’s excited! I was initially skeptical because I had sent my other pup to a different trainer when she was younger, and she came back unchanged or even worse. However, Chris and his team exceeded my expectations. Besides the board and train program, they provided important follow-up visits. These visits were less about training the dog and more about training me, lol! Since returning home, my pup has been a transformed dog. She's still her playful, loving self, but now she's more confident, less aggressive towards other dogs, and obeys commands she was taught. We've taken her to multiple stores, and people have complimented her behavior, and I always recommend Chris's services. I couldn't have asked for better results. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars!
Posted on GoogleLinda Macisaac19 February 2024I went through 3 other training facilities before I met Chris. My 2yr old golden retriever has anxiety issues. I couldn't take her to unfamiliar places without her running circles around me, pulling on the leash, and panting. After meeting with Chris, I decided to board and train her. She was with trainer Steve for 23 days. He brought her to public places 4x a day to desensitize her to crowds, loud noises and NORMAL daily life. Chris sent me videos of Luna's progress and as much as I missed her I was happy she was overcoming her fears. This is NOT a classroom but real life stuff. I got my dog back more confident and I was finally able to use ecollar correctly with Chris's instruction. Chris does not train, give your dog back, and drop the ball - he requires the owner to do the homework and he follows up with you until he is comfortable the dog is ready for off leash. Take my advice, do not waste your time and money with other training facilities...go with Chris and his team, spend the money, and get it done the first time. You won't regret it!

Our dog has soooo much energy and needed to run but we were at the point where we couldn’t trust him off leash. After he played a game of chase with a coyote in the woods one day, we decided it was time for serious training. Chris Park was the answer to our prayers. After three weeks of training, our dog now listens to us and we are all much happier. And with our dog trained, he has so much more freedom now, because he will come when we tell him to. Training = freedom for your dog, and peace of mind for you. It’s worth it!!

Initially, she was timid and anxious but with Chris' help, her confidence has grown significantly. She used to react aggressively towards people approaching us but now, I am able to take her out in public and she remains calm even when people approach us. Additionally, she used to pull on the leash while walking but now, she walks beside me without any trouble and listens to my commands. Posted on GoogleRaina Hall6 February 2024We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chris and his team! If we could give 10 stars, we would. They did wonders with our cavapoo Ollie. Shortly after turning one year old, Ollie developed 3 major issues: 1) Resource Guarding/Biting - Whenever Ollie got a bone or stick, he would snap and bite us when we tried to get it from him. He'd get what we called "crazy eyes," intense stares with the white borders of his eyes showing. It made us so uneasy. Ollie, who never resource guarded anything before, all of the sudden was resource guarding everything from socks, sticks, bones, toys, tissues, basically anything he could find. 2) Lack of Impulse Control - Ollie would pull on the leash and lunge to get to other dogs to play. Ollie loves dogs and is playful, but no matter what we tried - from all the trainings, videos, tips - we couldn't get Ollie to not freak out. We grew to dread walking him and would go at times when we could avoid other dogs. 3) Incessant Barking - both alert & demanding. Like ear piercing barking, constantly. We were at our wits end; we had done group trainings and a private trainer for Ollie but nothing was working. Enter Chris and his team!! We read through all his rave reviews, and we gave him a call for an initial conversation. Chris was amazing - listening and explaining what the program would be. His team took Ollie for board & train for about 2 weeks, and Ollie came back a totally different dog - so well-behaved. It was like night and day. While his team had Ollie, Chris would send videos and pics every few days to show the progress which was super comforting to us. You can tell Chris and his team really care for the pups. Chris also taught us the right way to communicate with Ollie. Now Ollie is such a well-behaved pup. No more resource guarding! No more leash pulling! No more endlessly barking! Plus Ollie can even be off leash! Never in a million years did we think that would ever happen. Now we can take him to the park and let him run around and enjoy being a dog. We are so grateful to Chris and his team. Whenever we get a pup sibling for Ollie, we're going straight to Chris!

Despite being told by friends and family to rehome her, we decided to send our baby girl to training and Chris Park came highly recommended by a colleague. Riley stayed almost 4 weeks but came back a new girl! We were able to trust her around our other dogs without worrying about their safety, and our love for her grew even more. She loves her new off-leash freedom in our unfenced backyard, and seems more confident going out in public. It was truly the best money we have ever spent! We are so incredibly happy with her training that we are now sending our 2nd dog to Chris Park!

He was only 5 months at the time so we weren’t expecting much, as he was still a puppy. Our entire family was shocked to see what Chris had done in only two weeks. The kids are finally able to play with Ace without fear of being bit. I can now take him on walks without leash pulling, running away or being afraid he may be hit by a car. This style is efficient because there is no question as to how a dog should be responding to commands, how and when to provide positive reinforcement, and how and when to provide a correction. His decades of experience show in how he values positive reinforcement for the dog to accompany any behavioral corrections. (His delivery of "GOOD BOY!!!" is so theatrical and above and beyond to prove a point- five stars for that alone :D) He truly wants what is best for the dog and will make sure that you know what you are doing so that you keep the dog safe. Bruno unfortunately showed food aggression and resource guarding with chews/toys. He would bite us whenever we were too close to him with a chew/toy or trying to take it away from him without a warning growl. He would also pick and choose when he wanted to listen to our commands. It was always a struggle getting him into his crate at night as well. We were very hesitant having him around our friends and family, but especially kids and other dogs. After speaking with Chris it was an easy decision that sending him to the board and train program was a must. Chris and London were extremely supportive throughout the entire process. They ended up keeping Bruno for an extra couple of days to make sure he was ready to go home. Upon pick up, it was our turn to be “trained” and we were taught how to continue his training at home. We had multiple follow up sessions with Chris to make sure we were doing everything right! We now have a more confident, obedient and happy dog. He listens to us on the first command and even goes into his crate at night on his own! We thought Murphy was aggressive toward dogs and were not sure how we were going to live in a community where there are dogs everywhere! He was lungeing, pulling, growling, barking, and unable to control himself even if the dogs he sees were blocks away. We took him in for an evaluation with Chris because we were still not sure. It turns out that Murphy is not very aggressive, but super insecure. He was looking to us to see how he should behave, and when we were not giving him clear signs, he would act on his own. He needed to learn how to be a dog because we never taught him. Chris taught us how to be his leader, how to gain his trust, and how to trust ourselves! And, in the end, we were really the ones that needed training! I was not excited about board and train. I have heard horror stories and read on the news about how bad these programs can be. I would not have done this if it were not for one of my coworkers who swore by it! She was not wrong; this program is definitely different! After the board and train, Chris followed up with several individual training sessions. Other board and train programs we researched just leave you with your dog and maybe one session to teach you what you need to know. We had several sessions with Chris where he included other dogs, and coached us on how to handle those interactions. Every time, it got better. He did not graduate Murphy until he was confident that Murphy and we could handle real life situations. We even got a diploma after his final test! Chris makes himself available whenever you have any questions, and encourages you to contact him when you are not sure. He is tough, but it is worth it! There is nothing more exciting than seeing your dog’s behavior transform from insecure to being able to walk with you around in a crowded home Depot, off leash, with no collar! I brought my 3 year old Toy Poodle to Chris' Boot Camp. Not only did Chris and his team work wonders with Bentley, they "trained" me as well which was just as important! Posted on GoogleFiras Said27 November 2023Chris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our loving, non-aggressive, but extremely excitable and reactive Samoyed. Previously, dog walks, particularly in new places, would have our pup focusing on anything but us - not even the most high-value treats would get him to settle and respond to simple commands. This would only be exacerbated by the presence of other dogs - he would stop at nothing in an attempt to get to them for a greeting and would bark incessantly in disapproval if he did not get to his target. Visits from friends or strangers would lead to 30-minute ear-shattering barking sessions. Chris was very quick to respond to our call and discussed his offered training options. We opted for the boarding program, and Chris kept our pup for a little over three weeks - but he came back so ridiculously well-behaved that we couldn't believe it! While still extremely loving and playful, he is very responsive and focused on us even in the most exciting of circumstances. Perhaps most surprisingly to us - his reactivity is essentially gone! He remains very intrigued by other dogs, cats, and animals, but he now he continues to respond to our commands and will walk right past a gaggle of barking dogs with no pulling or barking whatsoever. Chris overall was also superbly responsive and kept us up-to-date during the process. My puppy Grace is a typical lovable, very energetic Golden Retriever. Having failed to properly train my first Golden, I was thrilled when a neighbor recommended Chris as the go-to trainer for dog owners who are serious about wanting a well-behaved, happy dog, and who are willing to commit the time and resources to achieve that objective. When Grace was 6 months old, I started weekly lessons with Chris either at my home, his facility, or the Methuen Home Depot. Within 3 months, my beautiful Golden Retriever graduated from obedience school with flying colors. What I learned most from the experience is that Chris is an amazing dog trainer who has an abundance of patience with dog owners. The training was as much for me as it was for Grace. If Grace was slow to respond to my commands, it was because of the mistakes that I was making in the communication. I soon realized that I needed to be trained more than my dog! Now that my formal training with Chris is finished, I am very confident that I can continue to properly train Grace with the tools and techniques that I learned from Chris. Thank you so much Chris! Now if he sees a squirrel he just looks at it and continues walking with me. I also can walk him with out a lease and he stays right with me.Chris and his team definitely worked miracles. They took the time to listen to our concerns and tailored a plan specifically helping our 1 year old reactive cavapoo Pretzel. Not only do I now have an 114 pound, well-behaved Great Dane, but they also managed to get my very picky pup to eat her kibble! My 10 year old can now walk her and I don’t have to worry about her tearing his arm off. I have a 1.5 year old cane corso who was having reactivity behavioral issues. We had spent money on a few trainers before meeting Chris in the north shore area. After a lot of money spent we didn’t get much results. Once we sent him to Chris and London he came home a very well behaved dog. Before we met Chris my fiancé and I didn’t feel comfortable having him around company because he was extremely protective of our home. He also couldn’t be around other dogs without having issue. We live in an apartment complex surrounded by other dogs. Walking him was constantly very stressful. Following 3 weeks staying with Chris and London, Diesel is a perfect gentleman. When company comes over he stays in his bed until I release him. He can play with other dogs and when given him a command his response is instant. Life is so much easier and more relaxed thanks to Chris Parks Dog training. Just like everyone else giving up your dog for 3 weeks was very nerve racking. However, Chris and London made the experience so easy for us. They constantly sent me videos and pictures to show his progression. They let him live happily amongst their families and kept him active throughout the day. At the end he came home such a happy boy. He absolutely adores Chris and London. As a newfypoo, we knew our pup would get big and we wanted to make sure he was really well trained! Additionally, our house is very busy with 4 kids and a revolving door of friends coming and going and running around! We wanted to make sure Gryffin would listen even when distracted by all the other activity always going on around our home and yard. He boarded with Chris for a few weeks of training and then had some additional home sessions so Chris could help train us on how to properly give him commands and follow through. The whole experience was amazing. From the start, Chris was super responsive and helped educate us about the process and how dogs learn and see the world. It was super helpful and he answered my endless questions happily! I was nervous to have Gryffin board, but was excited when I got frequent updates with videos of his progress and him running around and having fun! I immediately realized we sent him to the right place as he was both learning and seemed truly happy and well cared for when there. When Gryffin came home from his boarding, I was surprised at how much he learned! He was always a good natured pup, but the general chaos of having a new pup was gone! It relieved so much stress on my end. The kids can now take him for walks without him pulling them down the street; if I gave a command he listens - prior to training with Chris he would only listen if he wanted to or wasn't distracted, but now he listens every single time even if he has in his mind to do something different and always the first time I ask; we can go for off leash walks with him and take him to parks without worry he will run off; if things get busy and I need him to be out of the way for a moment, I can tell him to lay down or go to his bed and he will wait there patiently until l tell him he can stop. Remy didn't have any behavior issues other than typical bully stubbornness but it was extremely important to me that anyone who meets her is an awe of how well behaved she is, considering her breed and the usual bad rep they get. Before dropping her off I was so scared that she would lose her loving personality or that she would feel abandoned. I was totally wrong. She came back to me the same happy loving dog just with more confidence. At pick up she was so excited to see me and we quickly went back to life as usual. I missed her more than she missed me I'm sure because all my update videos showed her having the time of her life while she was gone. The visits we have had with Chris for follow up since have been invaluable. We learned it's actually me who's the problem LOL. I'm not firm enough but I'm working on it. Chris is hilarious and down to earth and I was able to pick his brain about random dog behavior questions. He has an amazing demeanor and was pretty well behaved, but I had zero comfort/confidence in having him off leash. I finally decided to get some professional training and found Chris recommended by several folks. I gave Chris a call and heard back from him right away. We talked about a couple different options (private training vs board and train), the pros and cons and Chris answered all my questions. Ultimately, I opted for the board and train and two weeks later, I had the dog I was looking for. Chris worked with me on the knowledge transfer and had a couple follow ups to make sure I was on point with taking over the reigns. Memphis is now out with me and so well behaved. We just completed our second 4k footer together and he had no reaction to other hikers, other dogs and stayed with me the whole time. It was an investment that has already paid off in dividends. There are so many awesome reviews on this page previous to this one and they are all the same. Honestly, look no further for your dog! Miracles absolutely DO happen and they happen with Chris Park K9 and his team! Ollie, our nearly 7 month old lab/pit mix puppy was in desperate need of some manners. He did ALLLL the naughty puppy things: he counter surfed, he stole tissues out of the bathroom trash like it was his job, he’d snatch laundry (clean or dirty) from the hampers-never to be seen again, he’d jump all over people for attention, he’d pull on walks and act completely unruly when we’d see other dogs and humans. He was controlling our life and things were headed south fast. Our training techniques were incredibly ineffective and we knew we needed help. Big time. In walks Chris. Everyyyyything changed. Ollie was boarded for 19 days. He checked his rambunctiousness at the door and magically transformed into an obedient dog; a calm and manageable dog. A dog that we can now have off his leash and he stays with us. He comes when we call him. He stays when he’s told to stay. He “leaves it”, when he picks up something he shouldn’t. Chris transformed our puppy, but equally as important to that, he trained us as owners. We now know how to effectively control Ollie. Our home has become peaceful again (well, as peaceful as a home with 3 kids, 2 cats and a puppy can be!). Thank you, Chris Park K9! You truly are amazing! We will forever be grateful.

He loves people but had some leash aggression with other dogs and only listened when he felt like it. His penchant for running away into the woods when he spotted another animal (there or not) was also an issue. We tried our own training, but after a couple of run aways where we weren’t sure we would find him, we knew that we needed professional help. We had a fantastic experience with Chris Park, who was recommended to us by family members that had worked with him in the past. After our initial evaluation, in which Chris successfully introduced our dog to three dogs with no leash aggression, we knew we needed to work with him. A month later we sent him away for 2 weeks for the boarding and training program. One of the biggest selling points for us was Chris’ general training philosophy: your dog’s personality does not need to change, but rather there needs to be a foundation of mutual trust, and clear communication so that both you and your dog are happy and “on the same page”. There are also two sides to the training: the training of the dog, and the training of the owner(s), and we knew we needed training just as much as our pup did! Chris was so patient with us as we learned the ropes. We took the sessions very seriously, but Chris made it fun - we had some laughs along the way, while also learning the commands, how to properly introduce dogs to each other, and how to handle certain situations we might find ourselves in. Marty is still the same dog personality-wise, but much more obedient. He comes when we call him, and though he’s still intrigued by birds and squirrels, he listens to us over choosing to give chase. We can now take him on the hiking trails near our house with no leash and are confident in his recall. Walks and outside time have become much more enjoyable and less stressful! Before the training they were constantly pulling on our walks, had no recall, and they were really the ones who dictated what and when we did things. After training their personalities are unchanged AND now they walk perfectly both on and off leash, recall is excellent and they are free and truly able to enjoy the outdoors from hikes to trails and even around the local neighborhood we feel so confident with them and are happy we got control of lives again 10 out of 10 would recommend.

He is an absolute expert - our young and rambunctious puppy Nala was a free spirit and wouldn't listen to us before taking her to Chris. Now, she is extremely obedient and follows every command. Chris has made it so that we speak the same language as Nala and there is trust and understanding in our relationship. Before Chris we were certain we would have to fence in our backyard since taking her out on a leash to go to the bathroom every time was a hassle. Now we can just walk out the door with her off leash, and she stays close by - no need for a fence! Nala loves Chris and in every follow up appointment to check in on the training, she was so happy to see him. It's clear he treats his dogs right while training them to an extremely high standard. After a few years their behavior started to change and they were displaying signs of aggression and being disobedient. One of my dogs did bite/nip a few people. It was to the point I thought I would have to give them up because I could not control them anymore. And then my dog groomer referred me to Chris. I left them with him for their training. They had to stay a little longer, but when I picked them up I was thrilled at their progress. I still had my homework to do with them when I got home, but we practiced. Now, I can take them with me anywhere and they listen and respond. One of my collies is severely anxious and I do keep the ecollar on him and do have to use it occassionally, but it keeps us all happy. I can walk the beach with them with no leash, hike, neighborhood walks, and I can take them to stores now. They are polite and gracious dogs. Everyone wants to take photos of Floyd and Alice! We are now able to enjoy each other's company and we all feel safe. I could not have done it without Chris and London!

As there are several dog training camps similar to Chris' in our area, one of the major points about Chris that stuck out to us was that he provided life long help. Our dog was 1.5 years old when he was trained by Chris and as he became older and matured, many behavioral challenges have come up. Chris is so responsive every time we reach out for help and even offered for us to come see him in person again if my dog's issues continued. These training camps are a huge financial commitment, but we could easily justify it knowing that we will always have Chris's support!

When buster came back to me I was blown away. He obeys every command and I couldn’t be more happy with the work Chris did. It’s been a little over a week since Mako, my 2 year old lab/hound mix graduated from Chris Park’s K9 program and I still can't believe how well-behaved and obedient he is. Mako is my very first dog and he’s been a part of my life since he was about 1 years old. Mako listens only when he wants to. If we had guests over, Mako was a complete nut. I had no control over him. It was embarrassing. Taking him on walks was a nightmare. He would pull on his leash aggressively, lunge and bark at every dog we saw, and refused to follow recall. He was more interested in distractions than me. I felt hopeless, stressed, and overwhelmed. I knew I needed professional help. So, I did some extensive Google searching and lo and behold, found Chris. I chose Chris because his reviews were unbelievable and I wanted to see for myself. I called Chris immediately for a consultation and within that same week, we met Chris for an evaluation. Chris explained what his program entailed and addressed my concerns. You can tell he is passionate about dog training and wants to help both dog and owner. With no doubt, I wanted Chris to work with Mako and I. I opted for the 2-3 week board and train program vs the private lessons. Chris informed me there was a bit of a waitlist for the boarding program. I had no problem waiting— this definitely was a sign that Chris is the real deal! Chris showed me techniques to use on our walks to help minimize the leash pulling in the meantime. This tip helped tremendously. I was nervous but also excited about sending Mako off. More so nervous, sending him off to live with a stranger for the first time, but I knew I had to trust Chris and his team. Once Mako was boarded, Chris updated me with photos and videos of Mako, which I greatly appreciated because I missed him so much. Chris notified me that Mako would benefit from staying another week (a total of 4 weeks). He felt Mako was not quite ready to come home yet. Of course hearing that was difficult, but I trusted Chris’s judgment. Chris could have returned Mako to me after 3 weeks, but he didn’t. This truly shows he cares about dog training and meeting your expectations! On drop-off day, London did a great job explaining to me how to effectively communicate with Mako. Both Chris and London were very patient and corrected me where I struggled. This took some time to get used to. Fast forward, Mako no longer pulls on his leash or cares about other dogs on our walks. He focuses on me and not the distractions. I nearly cried because of how much he improved. Never in a million years did I ever think Mako would be able to walk off leash and follow recall! Mako is so much happier and the best version of himself! Chris and London truly changed our lives for the better and I cannot thank them enough for this experience! My friends and family were all amazed at how much this program transformed Mako and they even joked that he’s not the same dog. I still can’t believe it. This program is well worth every penny and wait! Chris helped me gain confidence in being a dog owner. I am forever grateful for that! Thank you!

We have always loved our dog and his excited personality but we were having trouble with getting him to focus or listen without a treat in our hand and even that only worked some of the time..... He was a leash puller and a bark at any and everything kind of dog. After a few overwhelming months of our pup waking our baby from barking and not coming when called, we found Chris through a google search. We were immediately impressed at the comments left below. We actually spent time looking for a critical review because we were met with such overwhelmingly positive comments. None could be found. After meeting Chris and watching him interact with our dog during an intro session, it became clear that he was a dog lover and dogs naturally gravitated to him. He asked us what our goals were and assured us that he could help. The puppy boot camp went by fast and over the time Henry was away, Chris sent us several videos sharing his progress. A few weeks later Chris returned Henry to us. Now Henry walks off leash, wagging his tail, next to my wife as she pushes the stroller through our town. He runs free and happy on his time but also will stay close when asked and will come when he is called. When someone is at the door, Henry has learned to sit patiently until it is his time to say hello. He has come a long way in a very short period of time! She would also be reactive on the leash whenever we took her for walks. Our anxiety levels were through the roof for the first year of having her. We did not know if training would solve the problem and were hesitant to move forward with it. Chris invited us in for an initial consultation so that we knew exactly what to expect during the entire process. Based on the initial consultation, he gave us confidence in his process and that it would be the right decision. We sent our dog Emi to the 2 week overnight training while we were out of the country. Chris would send us videos and pictures to make sure we knew she was making progress. When we got back and picked her up she was a completely different dog. Her fun, loving personality was still there, but she was more obedient and much calmer in what used to be high stress situations for her. She was not perfect though, mostly because we still needed to be trained on how to effectively use the training collar. Chris was able to meet us at our apartment complex to teach us (which was a huge help), and was able to meet us again to make sure Emi was responding to the training. Thankfully, Chris has very high standards for his work and sees every client through and will make sure they are properly trained before graduating the dog. They gave all of the credit to Chris Park, so we decided to give him a call between this word of mouth recommendation and the fantastic Google reviews. We can confidently say that we have a whole new dog after sending our 1 year old Golden Retriever to Chris Park. Prior to training with Chris, our golden was a few leash puller (especially when he saw other dogs) and had anxiety around any type of wheel (strollers, grocery carts, etc). After 3 weeks with Chris, not only are these problems completely solved, but we can confidently walk our dog off leash and recall him in any situation. We have confidence that our dog will listen in any situation, which in turn, opens up many opportunities to do all the things with our dog we’ve always wanted to do, like walking off leash on a hike, going on runs, walking on the beach etc. After getting to know Chris, it is clear that his love for dogs is reflected in his work. When I first got Willis, he was very fearful and extremely dog-reactive, lunging and trying to bite them, taking him on walks (which should've been the highlights of my day) became the most anxiety-inducing. It got to the point where I thought I would've had to surrender Willis back to the rescue because I didn't think I was a competent enough owner. But then Willis spent 3 weeks with Chris and London, who spent extensive time rehabilitating him with other dogs. I cried the first time I was sent a video of Willis playing with several other dogs. Chris not only trained Willis, but also trained me to become more confident in my handling of Willis. Now Willis is completely muzzle-trained and although i keep a strict eye on him whenever we're at the park, I've let him off-leash without worry, to roam about and sniff to his heart's content. Chris' program has elevated both Willis' and my quality of life, thus I will always recommend Chris Park for all types of training and especially for reactive dogs!

My brother in law recommended Chris and as soon as he had availability I took it. Although two weeks felt like a long time for her to be away, she came back a different dog. She listened, she responded to direction and she was much calmer. Although the dog was trained, the next step was training me. I think I was chris’ biggest challenge. But, he had patience and really explained the importance of each command. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!! He has helped to change our home life! He has given us the tools to enjoy having a puppy!!

After some research, the top choice appeared to be Chris Park K-9 Dog Training. Chris and his team came highly recommended. Having our dog away from the family to train was difficult. However, while Finely was "at camp" Chris provided us with texted updates and videos. The family loved seeing the progress that was being made. Once Finely was ready to come home, the harder work started - training our family to interact with this well behaved dog! Chris was encouraging and supportive the entire way. She lives at college with me and has a lot of difficulties when it comes to listening when she gets startled by something. She is scared of any new nosies she wasn’t familiar with, new people, bikes, trains, cars that weren’t my families, and skateboards. I was recommended by a coworker to try his doggie boot camp. Rosie is a one and a half year old Golden Retriever. She was there for a whole month working tremendously with the team! When I went back to pick her up, they gave amazing instructions and make sure we got it by practicing our timing and knowing what commands mean certain things. Rosie then went back to school and we worked SOOO hard. But she knew what EXACTLY was required of her after the training, she just needed to transfer that I have the authority now. We had two follow ups each a week after picking her up, to make sure we are doing the training efficiently! As of now, we have OFFICIALLY passed his doggie boot camp, I have learned about myself and where my downfalls were that added to my dogs anxiety. Chris Park and London were AMAZING!! Rosie can now lay down and stay in her position with a bike, skateboard, a group of people on a college tour and MANY more new school buildings that she used to refuse to go into! She now allows new men and women to pet her, although we still have some slip ups, but we are working on it :)! She knows her commands SOOOO well that at dog parks when we go if I call her, she immediately comes back to me no matter WHAT! I can walk her LEASHLESS with a dog walking by us and she knows that she has to stay with me until I give her the OK to say hello, which she always used to jump around on the leash basically DRAGGING me to the dog! This training is WORTH EVERYTHING!! I was absolutely TERRIFIED for my pup, and I was worried this would make her anxiety worse! I am worried NO MORE, she was treated like FAMILY there!! THIS IS THE PLACE ANY DOG SHOULD GET DOGGIE BOOTCAMP! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I PROMISE! I love you guys, thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💕

I have always been hesitant to invest so much into a trainer however, the time Chris spent on both myself and my dog Toby was worth every single penny. Toby is a 2yr Bernedoodle who used to pull me down the street, eat everything off of the ground, aggressively bark at any animal on TV and the list goes on.. After spending 2 weeks with Chris, Toby is the same lovable dog but now follows my every command without fail and can be taken almost anywhere off leash. My relationship with my dog has been absolutely transformed and it has changed my life. I was updated throughout the entire experience and constantly reassured of Toby’s progress. They snarled at people and dogs, terrorized our cats, pulled and lunged on the lead. Gentle training and positive reinforcement didn’t make a dent. When they bit a visitor to our home I was done. He came recommended by my neighbor whose dog had improved tremendously after training. While the idea of an e-collar was unappealing, what was more unappealing was the thought of living with two dogs who are adorable, yes, but who barked inside a lot, pulled me in every direction on their leashes, and couldn’t be left off leash because I was afraid they’d run away. Our pomsky, Loki, is very fun and sweet, but high-spirited and likes to get into everything and everyone's business. Also, he can be very committed to his own agenda. I have often felt like things were out of control, and I was always on edge with him in public, or having him around non-dog people. After two weeks with Chris, his recall is excellent, and he is relaxed and generally much more responsive. As a result, I am less on edge with him and we can have more fun together. I was hesitant about getting the e-collar, and worried that I wouldn't be able to use it effectively (read: push the button). Chris encouraged me a lot to be clear and consistent in my communication with Loki and it seems to be working. When we went back for training, Loki was always very happy to see Chris. Chris was very clear that he is available to support us going forward. From the beginning Oliver struggled. He was insecure, extremely leash reactive and when he saw other dogs he would loose all control and bark at them until they were no longer in sight. I was unable to take him on any enjoyable walks, the dog park was out of the question and forget about taking him to outdoor dog friendly places. I was referred to Chris and after reading other great reviews I decided to give him a call. My partner and I decided that the board and train program was the best option for us but we were very skeptical. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. After we dropped Oliver off, Chris sent us updates with photos and videos. After the two weeks, we picked Oliver up and he was a new man!!! But then it was our turn to learn! Chris taught us everything we needed to know and he made it fun for both us and our pup! He is now the most well behaved pup! we can take him anywhere with us, he loves playing with his new doggie friends and listens when we give him commands. I can not say enough great things about Chris. If you are having trouble with your dog, please give Chris a call. There is a waiting period because he is so busy, but TRUST me, it will be worth it! We have had 5 dogs (3 Dalmatians, a Bichon and a standard Poodle) over many years and they were lovable and fun… but only at home. Walks were really being dragged, listening only happened when they chose to, etc.. I had seen so many well behaved and trained pups out in public and I really wanted that for our Bailey. We had never used a trainer before but had heard from people about who they had used, both pro and con. I started my search and found some of the other trainers but one name kept popping up with 5 star reviews! I was sold. Bailey was only 4 months at the time and becoming just a bit of a terror with not listening, barking, biting, chewing anything he could find etc. I thought it might be time to stop that with proper training. Chris was responsive, answered any questions that came up and, helped me when I wasn’t quite doing things consistently. I really appreciated that. Bailey has graduated from Chris’s program. We now have homework with Bailey to continue and reinforce the solid foundation that Chris has instilled in him. We believe we chose the best when signing Bailey up with Chris Park K9. Charlie is a 1 year old Australian Labradoodle who just completed his 2 week training. Chris and his team had him for 2 weeks and I can confidently say that Charlie has been transformed into an obedient dog who now has the ability to walk off leash. The only difficult part of the process was not having him with us for those 2 weeks but again, well worth it. I would recommend Chris Park & his team to anyone who wants their dog to be the absolute best version of themselves and I would certainly turn to Chris & his team in the future!!

Our puppy Josie would only listen to commands when she felt like it, would jump on people, counter surf, eat sticks and rocks outside, and tackle my young kids. Our kids were nervous while in the same room as the dog and we knew we needed help. We worked with Chris and he transformed her into a well behaved puppy. She listens to commands, can be completely off leash, stopped counter surfing and jumping on people. The kids are now laughing and playing with her and I can now change a diaper without Josie getting into mischief. We are beyond grateful to Chris. Our Bella is super hyperactive but also very sensitive. We went into this process with all the fears of overprotective dog parents. Afraid the training would be too hard on her, afraid it would change her, afraid it would NOT change her, afraid it would be too hard for us to maintain, afraid that it would work with every dog except ours. After all, how could she possibly come back well behaved when we have SO many individual challenges with her? Now that we’ve completed the program we can say with confidence that every single one of our fears were alleviated. Bella is our same silly snuggly baby girl but she is also now so well behaved and wonderful to be with. We never imagined our “sprinter” could be off leash but now she plays freely in the backyard and we have no concerns. No more climbing rope leashes, harnesses, or carabiners! And in the house, she is now polite and sweet (no more power struggles). We’re super excited because we dreamed of taking her with us on our camping and cross-country trips and now we feel completely confident that we can! Bella stayed there for 2.5 weeks. Together, Chris and London were so patient with the three of us, worked through all our concerns, and gave our Bella the attention and extra time she needed since she is so sensitive. Chris also spent time with my husband and me until we felt confident as her puppy parents. We highly recommend!

Thanks ChrisPosted on GoogleA Sullivan29 March 2022I can"t even begin to tell anyone how training with Chris and London transformed the quality of the relationship with our white GSD, Lucy. We brought Lucy to Chris when she was a year old. Lucy was nippy, jumping on people, horrible trying to walk her on a leash and frankly there were times that I cried because we couldn't handle her. We did an evaluation with Chris and even during the evaluation I learned a lot so I mustered up and decided to have Lucy participate in the boarding/ training program. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! Lucy boarded for four weeks but that was because I wanted her to learn some specific skills as to become a service dog. Lucy learned many, many skills but more importantly I learned to be a confident handler. This skill in itself is INVALUABLE. HOWEVER, it required work, and Chris is a task master but it is his ability to teach and correct me that made this incredible transformation possible. We (Lucy and I ) learned skills by working with Chris in two to three months, compared to training my previous GSD's (RIP) that took 12 -16 months to accomplish. I can honestly say I am astounded at what we accomplished in such a short amount of time. I received routine videos of Lucy's training while she was boarded which was very reassuring. Shout out to London who taught me "doglish". I could go on and on about how positive this decision was to put my loved but out of control Lucy in Chris's hands.. We adopted an Akita puppy who was living up to the breed's reputation as stubborn and difficult to train. She stayed with Chris for 3 weeks and returned incredibly well trained, it was worth every penny. Our puppy learned and responds to key commands, she walks well on a leash and off leash... we have always loved her, but we now enjoy her much more. Sampson is an incredible German Shepherd who had some rough edges. Difficult to walk, would go from 0-60 in no time flat and would overwhelm our two other dogs. We've worked with Chris in the past and when we decided enough was enough, we gave him a call. Talk about transformation! We can't describe in words how effective Chris' methods are, both for Sampson and for us as handlers. Sampson is extremely happy and confident now and is as calm as you could hope for with a 20 month old GSD. We highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to learn how to effectively communicate with their dog and get results! Thanks Chris, you have been a game changer for us!

We had done other training in the past where we thought we had made some progress but it was nothing compared to Chris. We picked our dog up and were amazed at the progress. He listens so much better and we can have him off leash without worrying, even in the city where there are a lot of distractions. I was most impressed with his ability to navigate a very busy home depot and still follow every command. Chris also helped us understand our dogs nervous tendencies more. I will admit that it is hard sending your dog away for 2 weeks but Chris does a nice job keeping you updated on their progress via text. He also trains you as the owner which is the most important part. Lastly, he will continue to do sessions with you until you have passed his test which was appreciated. We sent our 2-year-old female German Shepherd Luna, for a 2-week board and train program with Chris. Right from the first evaluation meeting with Chris, I felt that Luna was going to be in good hands. Chris was extremely professional and took the time to explain his program and methodology. He patiently answered all my questions and set proper expectations for optimal results. During her stay with Chris, he kept us regularly updated on her progress by sending videos. After Luna’s 2-week program, we had couple of follow up sessions, where Chris taught me the right way to give the commands that Luna had learnt and corrected me when I wasn’t doing it exactly right. It is amazing to see Luna follow all the commands. Training with Chris has been the best thing for Luna and us. Chris and his team did a great job training our dog, as well as training us to properly continue his training.
